What is Sansho?

We cook dishes combining fresh local produce and quality meat from slow-grown animals, using both new and traditional techniques that go hand in hand with our respect for the environment. Nose to tail and leaf-to-roots is what we love.  

We‘re crazy about strong flavours and pairing our food with funky drinks. Discovering and offering natural and real organic wines, beers from local micro breweries and spirits from high quality distilleries is the best part of our day.
