Sorry, Sansho is closed TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY this week. We took our Grill Truck to Brno!!! However, back from Thursday cooking as usual plus Saturday 11.5. we will be grilling again in Naplavka Farmers Market.

All fresh and relaxed from Chrismas holidays, we are back with some great new dishes. This pork and razor clam curry will surely make you happy. Great combination of textures. Nearly addictive.
We wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We close this Friday (21.12.2012) evening for our Christmas holiday. On January 15th 2013 we are back again full of energy and great new ideas.
The wild mushroom season is about to end so hurry up to taste Paul's new creation. Incredible sambal - combination of two kinds of wild ceps, pumpkin and beef powder (of course from our happy cows). We love to eat according to seasons and it shows. Get ready for our new autumn dishes and ingredience. What you get in Sansho, you will not find anywhere else:-)
This is our take on rabbit livers on toast.. with lots of lemongrass, galangal and more.. It is a rabbit season!
We've got a really original new toy. A grill truck... no THE GRILL TRUCK. We have designed it - we put a charcoal grill in an old Land Rover. We can cater anywhere, we can arrive everywhere:-) For now you can find us on Náplavka - Farmers Market, every second Saturday (except 13.10.2012). Next date is October 27th! Come to sample our breakfast of champions - made from the best local meat by The Real Meat Society.
